Many people in my organisation are experiencing the same problem: when they log an email with attachments and send it, the attachments disappear. Is there any solution to this problem?

When creating tickets in HubSpot, I'd like to be able to assign a secondary ticket owner to the ticket. I often find that resolving an open ticket can require multiple team members to action.

We would like the 'Tickets' dashboard (under Service) in HubSpot to auto-refresh. The servicedesk would like to see the most recent version of this overview at all times as multiple people work on these tickets.

We have a number of MAC users. It would be nice to have HubSpot integrate with Outlook for MAC users. Is this a feature that will be available soon?
