Ability to share dashboards externally
It would really benefit our team if we would be able to share our dashboards with customers. I have tried the email function but unfortunately, it cuts half of the dashboard out. A live dashboard would be even better 🙂 Nick

Count Bot Submissions as Conversions
Right now if someone comes to a page via an ad and inbounds via a chat bot, they do not count as a conversion. This makes it hard to track true performance of ad campaigns since a chat bot acts as a form.

Filter marketing emails by sender

Trigger customer surveys through list membership criteria
Currently, it is only possible to base customer loyalty and experience surveys off of default Contact, Company, Deal and Ticket properties. It is not possible at this point in time to trigger surveys through list membership criteria. T Lire la suite

Integrate Facebook Messenger with Conversations
When people talk to us in Facebook messanger, the replies stay buried in MARKETING > SOCIAL > MESSANGER > AUDIENCE. This is pretty useless. These should really appear in the Conversations Inbox with the rest of the messages we receive Lire la suite
