It would really benefit our team if we would be able to share our dashboards with customers. I have tried the email function but unfortunately, it cuts half of the dashboard out. A live dashboard would be even better 🙂 Nick

This has to change. Why should I invite the CEO to Hubspot when the only thing he needs is a report? It makes no sense.

Right now if someone comes to a page via an ad and inbounds via a chat bot, they do not count as a conversion. This makes it hard to track true performance of ad campaigns since a chat bot acts as a form.

I would like to be able to go to my marketing emails and filter by who is the sender of the email. Why do I want this? Because there will always be turnover at a company and that means senders will need to change. If I create an email sent b read more

@jessiew idea to add to column good one. Allowing filter by any displayed column value would go well with this.

Currently, it is only possible to base customer loyalty and experience surveys off of default Contact, Company, Deal and Ticket properties. It is not possible at this point in time to trigger surveys through list membership criteria. T read more

When people talk to us in Facebook messanger, the replies stay buried in MARKETING > SOCIAL > MESSANGER > AUDIENCE. This is pretty useless. These should really appear in the Conversations Inbox with the rest of the messages we receive read more
