Right now I'm working with a sophisticated bit of software, that provides organizations with capabilities to improve process performance by motivating people at the level of atomic behavior. Main problem: my product seems to be ahead of the market by a few years, so most Clients do not quite understand what I sell, and it takes time, effort, and some interpersonal skills to explain it :-)
