I know that Hubspot is not currently supporting this functionality, but it will help a lot to manually start a ticket from incoming email (not via workflow, but via Gmail extension) or from Slack, similarly to what you have for creating a new 'Task read more

This would be nice to have. Constantly receive emails from clients that would be great to be able to create a ticket from.

Hi, It would be great to allow a maximum number of meetings to be booked per day. That way there isn't one day with an incredible number of meetings and another day with none. Say the maximum is five per day, then after five meetings through HubSpo read more

Is it possible to create tickets directly from gmail? We have service reps who are individually emailed with questions and it would be great if they could easily create a ticket from Gmail instead of opening a new tab and copying/pasting. Most of th read more

It would be great for the Chrome extension to add this functionality. Tickets are displayed on the sidebar, but no option to create a new one.

We'd love to have the ability to hide contacts who we have marked as Inactive or somehow categorize them on the company record in the right hand column where it shows the contacts, maybe a section for Active and a section for Inactive.
