This would be as well helpful to my team, as not every Inbox is automatically configured to create a new ticket for each conversation.

Save email draft in CRM
It would be great if HubSpot would save a draft of my email in the CRM so that I don't lose any informatoin in case I accidentally click on another link or close the window.

This is a MUST HAVE feature, my colleague just has lost quite a big email reply. Please reconsider implementing it. Thanks.

Add tags for tickets
Allow tickets to have a "tag" which users can easily search by to find relevant keywords without relying on the user to put in the ticket description or name.

Hi there, it would be great if it would be possible to add some more tokens for team signatures. Currently only {{agent.fullname}} (+ firstname / lastname) is possible but we would also like to add the profile picture of the team member. May read more

Sync property values between Contact, Company and Deal Records
Would love the ability from within at least the Sales side of things to automatically map/populate Deal Properties from a Contact's properties. We came over from Salesforce where this could be done in conversion, and this is definitely an area we mi read more
