Currently Hubspot is sorting the new articles in the same category by chronological orders. The latest will be at the bottom of the list and the oldest will be at the top. And users don't have the option to re-order according to their will, except b Leia mais

Hi guys, Hubspot recently made some changes to the synchronisation between tickets and conversations. Tickets now will have more interaction with conversations. Overall it's all good. However, there's something we find quite inconvenient: closed Leia mais

Hey guys, I notice that the option to re-survey is not perfect as it should be. If we choose to re-survey a contact, we will have risk sending a survey again whenever the ticket is reopened. This means that our customer will receive a survey again a Leia mais
