Have different options for sorting/ordering articles in Knowledge base
Currently Hubspot is sorting the new articles in the same category by chronological orders. The latest will be at the bottom of the list and the oldest will be at the top. And users don't have the option to re-order according to their will, except b read more

Surveys to be sent only once for each ticket
Hey guys, I notice that the option to re-survey is not perfect as it should be. If we choose to re-survey a contact, we will have risk sending a survey again whenever the ticket is reopened. This means that our customer will receive a survey again a read more
