Firstly, not to have to add an existing hubspot user as a contact to be able to add them. Secodly, not adding the person who sets up the meeting as an attendee because they simply create meetings for other users and don't have to be invited to the read more

I want to be able to track and count the calls made per contact. My process requires that I assign tasks/workflows depending upon the number of calls made to each contact. While the property ' Number of Times Contacted ' exists, it tracks a mix of read more

Has anyone found a way to report on the number of calls attempted before the first call is connected? There is data out there that the average number of call attempts before connect is ___ but I'd like to see what that data is for my team. Thanks read more

This doesn't work right? Considering you can't be reenrolled in a workflow that's triggered by activity. Unless you have a solution?

In case our telemarketer team wants to filter their daily phone activity we need an automated property based on their phone activity, i.e. "Last phone date"
