Can't search for phone numbers (internal fields null)

Reporting based on custom activities
Hi, We have multiple customers who wish to report on the SMSes sent/received to contacts using our integration. Our integration creates a custom activity each time a SMS is sent/received, but this doesn't seem to be filterable. Is there any Beitrag ansehen

What do you mean by naming soultion to help here? There is no visibility into custom activities at all, as far as I can tell.

Searching contact by phone number (different formats)
Hey guys. I am searching contacts by Phone Number using the api ( https://api.hubapi.com/crm/v3/objects/contacts/search ?) It is saved in various format in my CRM. So when I do the search if the format matches it returns otherwise it does not. Beitrag ansehen
