Dynamic Personalization Tokens
I want to be able to create a "workflow" for personalizing emails rather than creating workflows to different email templates that have minor adjustments based on people's titles, roles or industries.

Restricting updates to contact properties by Owner
We have certain lists of people, like employee lists and partners, where we need to ensure the official titles, phone numbers, and emails are maintained and used. I can't have someone update the phone number or decide not to use a middle initial. read more

Email links take too long to load
Links from automated emails take 15 seconds or more to load. It seriously hurts our conversion rates. The direct link without HS tracking seems to work. Are there any workarounds?
