Service Hub is lacking visibility on agents available/offline status (reporting, notifications). Would be very interesting to add Availability Status to user based properties in HubSpot. This would open some possibilities for team activity read more

Buonasera, è possibile registrare in modo automatico nella timeline del contatto delle riunioni convocate tramite Outlook? So che c'è la possibilità di connettere il calendario ma mi chiedevo se questa fosse l'unica opzione possibile. Grazie

Hi @ABellini to log the meeting directly in the timeline you need to have the calendar connected. If not it needs to be logged manually.

We would like to be able to create an internal list (of employees, not marketable contacts) that can be CC'd on each marketing email. We do not want these to be tracked nor do we want these associated with contacts as they are employees.

Under deal permissions there's only options for view, edit, and delete. There's no "create" option to restrict a user's ability to "create" a deal record. Our deals are going to be created via integration from an ERP. We're just trying to find read more

Hi @jaybaum if a user has no permissions to edit they won't be able to create deals. Make sure the Edit is set to NONE under permissions.
