Link chat availability status to being logged in/out of HubSpot

+1 Sounds like a simple fix on the backend: user logged out of HS? Mark them as Away in chat. Simple automation, no?

Configure quote number format
Currently the quote number is formatted as #yyyymmdd-xxxxxxxx, wherexxxxxxxx are random non-sequential numbers. I'd like to be able to configure how the quote number is formatted and generated, e.g. QU-xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is a sequential number. Leia mais

Custom product properties on Quotes

Persistent Company address field in quote template
I'm unable to remove the Company city, state, and zip code field from my quote template, despite unchecking the box in the template editor. Has anyone else seen this?
