Add folders to inbox
I would love it if you could create custom view of emails sent from a certain email address - so the uses of a niormal office inbox are reflected into hubspot inbox

Customer Portal: show tickets that all share a similar property

Customise Conversations Inbox
It would be helpful to be able to customise the conversations inbox including what properties you want above the message of the conversation where priority, category and owner are now.
