Like it! Would be good if the estimated value of the deal within the pipeline was based on the value of this 'most-likely' quote too.

Submitting on behalf of a customer: SKUs are commonly used as a product's identification code elsewhere. It would be great to allow SKU's to be used as a unique identifier (such as with email for Contacts) when importing or updating products.
