Prioritisation on Chatflow for assigning it to people

Duplicating workflows but changing the object type

File tracking for marketing emails
If we link to a PDF (like a whitepaper or something like that) in a marketing email, can we get tracking for what pages people have read when clicking on it and for how long? Much like you get in Sales emails.
