Hi community! I think it would be great to have the chance to use the HS Calling Feature (Recordings, Transcriptions etc) in order to analyze Microsoft Team's Call. Would it be possible to integrate it somehow in the future? thanks!

When associating a company or contact to a ticket, it would be nice that when you click the "Add" button, it automatically takes you to the box. It's an extra step to have to click into the box and then start typing. Thank You

Currently, you can sort ticket views by any table header, except the associated contact or company. There are many instances (daily) where I have the same person submit more than one ticket about the exact same issue. Within an hour or so. Both ti read more

Our company would like to be able to move the Associated Company and Associated Contact fields to the top when creating a ticket. The first thing we ask a customer when they call in for support, is what company are you with and what is your name. read more

Hi there, It would be great if we had the option to use a 1-5 Likert Scale for CSAT surveys rather than a "Happy, Sad, Neutral" scale. It is much more accurrate.
