This doesn't seem to be a priority for anyone a HubSpot but it is the biggest wart on the face of HubSpot.

We need a simple export feature. I don't need a complex, multi-functional thing, just and export of a ticket/dialogue.

We have a been using the SMS notification function in our ticket workflow since we migrated to HubSpot. This function was one of the primary reasons for switching to HubSpot. We depend on that function to notify our support teams so we can provide Leer más
