Before the latest update, HubSpot users could contact support and view their support inbox through the purple help button presented at the bottom right of their portal. Now, in order to contact support and view our support inbox, we must go through Beitrag ansehen

AI generated metadata is certainly a time saver but is it still effective if each time it generates a description it goes over the recommend number of characters? It would seem AI would know how to stay within the limit.

Marketing emails currently default to single column in mobile. It would be awesome to allow for discretion over how many column to show for different elements. Our emails have reasonable length on desktop but are extremely length and poorly formated Beitrag ansehen

We have an active list that we refer to many times. However, when we had new lists, the list we want to access quickly keeps getting pushed down the line. Is there a way to pin a list to the top of a page so it's always there?

Interesting that the Hubspot Help Chat has the wavy ellipses to show that someone is typing a response back, but it doesn't seem that exists on the actual platform chat function. Would be useful if this doesn't already exist.
