Our company gets tons of spam form submissions. And as of this week, when we go to delete a contact, permanent delete is now the default option. We would like to have the option to change which type of deletion is the default selection when we delet Lire la suite

Agreed, I got caught out on this not realising the options had switched, don't understand why permanent delete is the default.

In lead scoring, we have set up a negative attribute for contacts that have emails bounced equal or greater than 2. This helps us weed out contacts with invalid emails. Recently I noticed that globally bounced contacts didn't have any count in Lire la suite

I see that there is an action on contact based workflows to delete contact, but we need the same in dealbased workflows! (And preferably in all types of workflows)
