Currently HS runs a duplicate check only every two weeks for each portal. Especially with large quantities of imports it would be easier to run a check manually and use the merge function rather than exporting to a spreadsheet every time to check du Lire la suite

It would be great to have the ability to easily a/b test with email sequences. Certain emails within the sequence may perform better with variable wording, but there is no easily way to test this.

We would like to have the ability to have SSO for the entire knowledge base instead of for specific pages. We currently use auth0 as our login service and we would like for users that are already logged in, to be able to just navigate seemlessly Lire la suite

It would be nice to tag a playbook to a call that is already scheduled. Most if not all of our meetings are scheduled beforehand, so being able for the playbook to be associated with the call that it happened with instead of being logged as separate Lire la suite

Our sales team has switched over to using the Sales Pro Document tool to send document links to their clients via email. This is a really great tool however, outside of the document view window it's not possible to extract names and create a list an Lire la suite
