Fuzzy Search

I've closed a ticket but then automation platform moves the status to waiting on contact.
I was told: " the workflow is a couple of seconds behind you in updating based on the email sending trigger and setting the status to Waiting on Customer. " If I close it again the client gets 2 feedback forms..bit embarrassing. Only option is to 続きを読む

Associate Records in a Workflow
Allow a workflow whereby if a deal is associated with a company (and than cmpany has associated contacts), then the contacts are pulled and automatically assigned to the deal. This would also work the other way where if a deal had an associated 続きを読む

Default "From" email on Ticket email function
