Put the main lifecycle stage property on top when searching for lifecycle stage

Since we have 345 lifecycle stage properties now, the primary lifecycle stage property is in the last spot when searching for lifecycle stage in reporting or filtering. Could you put this one on top? Will make our experience much better!

Allow custom reports in the Customize the record middle column (BETA)

I am struggling with the fact that we can only use single object reports in the middle column. Shouldn't be too big of a deal to add custom reports in here as well right?
