Can no longer change the Ticket Pipeline at form entry
Since last week all of our forms have been defaulted to our first Ticket Pipeline, and we cannot see a way to change the defaul pipeline in the various screens. It just round robins us back in circles and there is no way we can remove the form submi 続きを読む

Limit who can create new object records (companies, deals, contacts, etc)
I want my reps to be able to edit records they are assigned to, but not have the ability to create a new record (deal, company or contact). With anyone being able to create a record, we deal with duplicates, false information, and skewed data. 続きを読む

Ability to add links to internal notifications in deal-based workflows

Ticket and Contact tokens available in workflows for notifcations
