Since last week all of our forms have been defaulted to our first Ticket Pipeline, and we cannot see a way to change the defaul pipeline in the various screens. It just round robins us back in circles and there is no way we can remove the form submi 続きを読む

I want my reps to be able to edit records they are assigned to, but not have the ability to create a new record (deal, company or contact). With anyone being able to create a record, we deal with duplicates, false information, and skewed data. 続きを読む

We send internal notifications to our sales team when a deal has been won and when a customer reaches 'live' stage. This is done via a deal-based workflow. We'd like to add in a link in the internal email notification so that people can go in an 続きを読む
