Better Associations for Custom Surveys (associate with tickets/etc.)
Custom surveys are great. That's a step in the right direction. However, feedback/surveys can't be associated with tickets (manually or automated). Only NPS surveys show up on the ticket in the Recent Feedback section in the assocations panel. This Beitrag ansehen

@CWeissteiner There isn't a way right now. It sounds like these properties should live on the deal though.

Parent-child company properties available for workflows
Hello, this would be helpful for multiple reasons. An example of a use case would be to create a workflow to copy the parent company Hubspot owner to its child companies. Thanks!

We are getting around this somewhat right now by using Zapier/webhooks in workflows. You can look up who a parent is from the Parent Company property...Beitrag ansehen

Add forms to the custom report builder & enable reporting for contacts created

Pivot reports should link out to records
All reports in HubSpot (like the table report) drill down or link out to the records returned except for pivot reports. This should be added so that you can quickly open the records returned in the report.
