Reporting on a Sequence that contains Calls

Sequences only report on how sucessful they are if a lead responds to an email in that sequence. They do not contain any information on the call data if there was a call step. If step #2 was a call and 25% of my leads connect on that step I would wo read more

End a Sequence With Call Complete

When a call is part of a sequence. A call marked as completed should unenroll that contact from the sequence. The goal of a sequence is to make contact with a lead. Contact has been sucessfully made. I have the option to select the call outcome. The read more
