Agreed, the way additional team members work is mostly useless when it only recognizes main/primary users in the group.

While it does account for "working" or business hours, to my knowledge it does not have the ability to specify a list of holidays in the SLA.

When I create a comment within a conversation I expect this comment to be visible in the activity feed but it isn't available! Please make comments visible in activity view. Additionally make notes show up in the conversation just like a comment read more
