Drag and drop between to, cc, & bcc fields
Ability to drag and drop contacts between to, cc, & bcc fields (similar to Outlook) rather than having to delete and retype names.

This would be super useful. Especially in avoiding that a wrong email address is not selected when trying to add it to one of the other fields.

Allow file upload during ticket creation
When creating the support ticket, the Upload File property does not allow uploading a file from PC. I would like to request that this feature be added.
