+100000 to this, full zoom phone support is needed. zoom phone has a native salesforce integration.

Set the properties your team sees on company records - adding a new field
I created 2 new property fields 1 with a radio box, the other just text. Neither field shows up when I modify an existing company or add a new company. Please advise

Why not add a filter for teams? Customer support interactions and sales interactions can be segmented easily then.
