Removal of check box
  Recently Hub-Spot added check boxes to ticket thumbnails that are not removable. I would like these to be a ticket property that can be turned on or removed. While not detrimental to ticket functionallity it does make the tickets less user f Beitrag ansehen

Hello, I am trying to find a way to auto generate a ticket or at least a new contact from an incoming phone call. I work in the customer service department of a company that takes several incoming calls throughout the day. All the other systems Beitrag ansehen

Right now we are attempting to use 8x8 but are having trouble integrating it with hubspot, as mentioned above.

Contact/ticket generation on call
This feature would be useful to any company that uses hubspot to provide any amount of customer service. Creating a system that would auto generate a contact for phone numbers that do not already have a contact associated with them and then a ticket Beitrag ansehen
