Ability to turn on / off the "Press Enter to Send Message" function in Chat.
It would be great to have the option, as you do in Linkedin, to toggle this on / off per user. Sometimes it is easy to accidentally press Enter or want to start a new line and instead you send a chat message.

Could Hubspot assign an incoming chat to the first person to reply to it instead of assigning it the the person it deems the "least busy". What does an algorithm know about being busy??!! And if the chat becomes idle and a customer is waiting for a read more
