Dashboards - Customs Feedback Surveys
The current dashboards are pointless as it is not possible to see the calculations. For example in the below screenshot, there is no way to display the actual NPS or an average score for satisfaction. It would be great if we can set up criteria read more

Create an Average CES Survey Rating in Reporting
I'm currently attempting to make a report on the average CES rating for each ticket category. However the reporting tool only allows me to calculate the "distinct count" for the "Last CES Survey Rating" dimension to make it into a measure, but not read more
