Wrong permission?
I am trying to connect CRM with Outlook contacts. I have set all the permissions as they are required, but after that I have a problem. Attached are some screenshots from HubSpot showing the error? Could someone please help me? Thanks in advance 😉 read more

Hi Tiphaine, I have a permission to App Market and I have a Microsoft 365 Business Basic plan.

I can't find an email in HubSpot.
I sent an email from my company account to Hubspot [ I send on address ......@bcc.hubspot.com] and a can't find that email in CRM. Could you give me a tip what went wrong?

I found a potentially bug. September 6th i merged 2 contacts and after that date i can't find new emails. Perhaps these emails are connected to old c...read more
