The Email Reports in the report library are good. However, it would be helpful to be able to add filters to these templated reports for email performance as we sometimes need to filter specific emails in the reports and exclude some emails that are read more

It's not available as a feature like requested, but one thing you can currently do is a custom report that has the fields: Contact ID + Count of more
