Associate tickets with other tickets

Filtering activities by date
Hi, It would be great if we could filter activities by date inside of records. I currently have to scroll back as far as I want to see a particular activity–pretty inconvenient. Thanks, JL

Ability to move existing workflow folders into folder nesting
I want to create a master workflow folder and have sub-folders nested within the master folder. You can create nested sub-folders from scratch but I can't move historic folders into another folder to be nested. The workaround would be this: Creat Beitrag ansehen

Create a New Note or Log Activity in a WorkFlow
Is there a way to create a New Note or Log an Activity for a Contact in a workflow? It would seem this should be easy but I could find an anwser anywhere. Thanks for any guidance.
