It would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within folders - especially in the workflow folders as it is possible with lists today.

It is very helpful to be able to see the SLA clock in the inbox view when prioritizing tickets. It would be very helpful to also have that feature in the ticket view for any pipeline. It is currently challenging to find a view for tickets that w read more
