This would be very helpful. It takes 4 clicks plus scrolling to see the content of the whole chat, so being able to to populate fields in the ticket...Leer más

Sequence Testing
It would be great to be able to test a sequence immediately (see the emails and task notifications) instead of having to wait for it process through the timing.
