Hubspot needs to have the emails it sends in the contacts too!
We are very frustrated that the automated emails we send form hubspot are not captured, as an email in the contact record. This prevents us from having a full view of the customer and creates internal confusion and extra work if something needs to read more

Tracking Canceled customers and contacts
I upvoted the lifecycle cancellation idea. I'm truly curious how former customers are best tracked and how all the workflows that needs to happen when a customer cancels are best kicked off. As well as how the continuing contacts are maintained to read more

We just started using Hubspot and I am stunned this is not a part of the Lifecycle. How do you work around it today? A property? Use "Other"?
