Associate tickets with other tickets

Add Date To Attachments On Tickets
If you're looking at a ticket there's a list on the right of all the attachments. If the ticket is long-running you don't have any way of knowing how old the attachments are. It would be helpful if there was a date next to them

Build a Customer Forum
