Add pinned notes to overview tab
It would be nice if the overview tab showed any pinned note on the record. Then most of my staff wouldn't have to look at the mess that is the activity timeline.

Prevent contact records from merging
I'd like it if we could set up a way to prevent two contact records from being merged. Sort of like you can't merge two company records if one is a parent company of the other, there should be a similar type of way to say that two records may look t read more
