After assigning a Lead to a HS Sales User, I'd like to start a Sequence on their behalf, such that the email in the sequence has the FROM email of the HS Sales User, not me (the initator of the sequence).

This would be a great feature and a complete time saver when it comes to setting up workflows. Is there an update on this?

This would be very useful. In addition, it would be great to just determine whether help articles need to be shown in the search results or not.
