After assigning a Lead to a HS Sales User, I'd like to start a Sequence on their behalf, such that the email in the sequence has the FROM email of the HS Sales User, not me (the initator of the sequence).

This would be a great feature and a complete time saver when it comes to setting up workflows. Is there an update on this?

Being able to share task queues is great. However, it can be a little tough to share and manage access when there are potentially 10s of users who use a single task queue globally. It would be good to be able to share a task queue with a team as Lire la suite
