It would be so useful to be able to know who converts to MQL or SQL after clicking in a button inside an email sent. We cannot measure the results of our email campaigns as hubspot is configured now.

The current system is embarrassing. Either they have to find an old email (which often they can't) or they have to go to a form, which requires sending them a form, which requires them filling out and seeing an unintuitive bit of text (which is clic read more

It would be very helpful to see how much time chat representatives are set to available. Currently, reps could set themselves to away without supervisors knowing and ultimately reducing the number of incoming chats. In order to analyze reps effect read more
