We have two HubSpot users in our small company each with our personal email addresses (0365 accounts) successfully connected as well as one of the addresses as the Conversations inbox. I have changed our mail server for the domain from O365 to read more

There was no error message at all, but adding in Guest mode worked. Thanks

I, like many people I am sure, have a number of different email accounts in Outlook (I have 4). Only one of them relates to my HubSpot account. The default setting appears to be that the Outlook Sales Extension operates on all accounts, including p read more
