It would be very helpful to be able to change the fonts on the Knowledge Base and also to be able to edit the number of items (currently fixed at two) listed under each subheading.

When our customer service team is responding to customers through the conversations inbox, there is a massive typing lag. They can type up to five sentences without ever seeing the words on the screen. Clearing the cache does resolve the problem tem read more
