The ability to create more than one Knowledgebase. Similar to having multiple conversation inboxes or ticket pipelines. This allows for knowledgebase segmentation. Could be for Internal Vs External or Client Vs Prospect (Sales Vs Support) read more

Any progress on Multiple Knowlegde Bases? When can we expect this to be in a beta version?

With different business units it would be critical to be able to connect multiple microsoft teams accounts to hubspot; the same with social media acocunts etc!

Agree - In the future this should be possible with the Hubspot Business Units.
