Specifically, I work in HubSpot as a revenue operations specialist: finding accurate Company and Contact Data so that HubSpot can get the best prospects in the hands of the right Sales resources. Management of support cases submitted by sales reps and managers. Executing ad-hoc operational processes to help HubSpot find efficiencies. Learning standard operational processes, executing them, and making them more efficient. Developing solutions to monitor and improve data accuracy and availability.
