Tax by line item on quotes
I know this has been proposed many times before by other members, but I too would greatly benefit from being able to apply, modify, or remove tax on a line item level on quotes. Product library entries should have tax properties saved, and then read more

Print ticket Information directly from the ticket record in HubSpot
Would like to have a printable version of a ticket that includes properties on "About this ticket". Currently the only option is exporting ticket information to a speadsheet to print, but that is not very viewer friendly.

Print view for Ticket
HubSpot REALLY needs a "print view" setup for Ticket. This would REALLY help for equipment that's dropped off for repair - print the ticket to match with the equipment!
