Allow tickets to have a "tag" which users can easily search by to find relevant keywords without relying on the user to put in the ticket description or name.

Link predictive knowledgebase search - same as it is in the top bar to the forms. In the webforms, when the customers type the issue they are planning to report; if the key words they use are part of any knowledgebase we could suggest that. Similar read more

As a user, I can configure to receive notification when a new article is updated or article has been updated in selected categories. use case: I would like to be notified when marketing team has added a new sell sheet, or an update to a process read more
