Assuming Conversation properties will be available in the future once the Conversations API is released. We'd like to be able to pass metadata regarding other Hubspot information and store it within a Conversation Property. Context: We have the read more

We've got a large team that works collaboratively and jumps into chat support when @mentioned. However HubSpot is only able to give either a email or desktop/browser notification if their name was mentioned. This causes a lot of friction for us read more
